WORKSHOP DETAILS
Enchanted Workshops are designed for families with children ages 5 and up. Participants will have an opportunity to go onstage and get an upclose look at puppets, masks, costumes, props, and scenery before heading up to the workshop area for a magic lesson and mask making. Are you a Scout? This workshop also fulfills the requirements for a Create and Invent badge: see a performance, make a mask, create a character. Duration = 1 hour.
Workshop will include:
• Tour of stage, scenery, puppets, masks.
• Demonstration of a magic trick
• Participants learn one magic trick and have an opportunity to “perform” their trick for the group (optional).
• Participants make their own mask and have an opportunity to “perform” with their mask for the group (optional).
